A perfect day for riding, the temperature hovered in the upper 50's on the Knebal Springs trail. Met a couple of fellows in the parking lot who told us they had heard there was a new section of trail was open so trail users didn't have to ride the road to the old trailhead. One of the guys even rode back to us when they had confirmed they were on the correct trail. Wasn't that nice of them? Lots of vertical on this ride - about 1,200 ft. A beautiful, well maintained trail - thanks to the hardworking volunteers who partook in the Trails day cleanup on June 2nd. Lots of wildflowers! Ride length: 10 miles RT
